Interview w/Bianca Forte 92.7

November 7, 2026 I had the pleasure of being interviewed by Bianca Forte on her radio show — and right away she put me at ease. Her warm, curious style made the conversation feel like chatting with a friend.

We talked about how I self-published my very first book at 14 — the excitement, the challenges, and what that early leap into writing taught me about persistence and storytelling. I also shared the authors who shaped my love of reading and writing: Erin Hunter for immersive world-building, Jeff Kinney for humor and relatability, and Dav Pilkey for fearless, playful creativity.

One of the most joyful moments of the interview was when we spoke about dreams I’m still manifesting: appearing on Reading Rainbow and meeting Mychal the librarian. Saying those goals out loud on air felt powerful — like planting seeds that are already starting to grow.
